About
My ideal client is a person ready to lean into the work of self-discovery—even if they're scared, skeptical, or unsure of where to start. They might be struggling with anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, or a chronic sense of discontentment or disconnection from themselves and others. Often, they carry deep-seated beliefs that they are not enough, unlovable, or broken in some way. They come to therapy feeling stuck, repeating patterns that no longer serve them, overwhelmed by their emotions, or numbing out to get through the day. What they need is space. Space to slow down, feel safe, be seen, and feel supported. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or disconnection from themselves or others. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
