I am a mental health professional trained to help clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, behavioral and communication issues. The clients that I serve are adolescents, adults, and families. The clients who choose to work with me should be open-minded to trying new things but also focus on their strengths to help improve their lives. I collaborate with my clients to help them reach their personal goals and provide suggested interventions with my professional knowledge.
