I have experience providing outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-confidence, ADD/ADHD, and trauma. I am passionate about working with a diverse range of clients, including older adults and individuals navigating cognitive changes such as Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities and am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect.
