Seeking healing or emotional support is an act of vulnerability and I work to create a welcoming atmosphere based on honesty and trust. I believe offering a supportive space for anyone is the highest form of empathy. I am a firm believer in supporting clients on their journey to recognize their individual strengths. My experience is based in working with children, teens, individuals, and families who are having difficulty navigating their journey through life. Specifically focused on: emotional regulation disorders, ASD, ADHD, trauma, social skills, anxiety, depression, family conflict, self esteem, grief, and anger.
