My ideal clients are trauma survivors who feel stuck between understanding what happened and actually feeling better. Many have tried to “move on” or “get over it,” yet still feel impacted by past experiences in ways they can’t fully explain. They may feel disconnected from their bodies, emotions, or sense of self, struggle with anxiety, depression, or relationship patterns, and feel frustrated that the past keeps showing up in the present. What they want is relief, safety, and to feel like themselves again—more grounded, more present, and more in control of their lives.
