I have worked with a wide range of clients that come from different backgrounds, have different sexual orientations, and all seek therapy out for different reasons. I have worked with clients who live life with anxiety and depression, who have experienced abuse throughout their lives, who have experienced grief, or just need extra assistance navigating their day to day lives. Everyone's goals when they come to therapy are different. Some aim to heal their trauma, some wish to better navigate life, or some need the space to vent. My goal is to work with the client to help them meet whatever goals they arrived with.
