My work is grounded in psychoanalysis and centered on understanding the deeper currents that shape our inner life. As Winnicott wrote: "it is a joy to be hidden and disaster not to be found". I approach the therapeutic relationship with this in mind - attentive to what is concealed and can emerge only in a safe, real space. With individuals I offer a setting where thoughts, feelings and long-standing patterns can be explored, leading to insight and emotional clarity. With couples, I attend to the patterns that create distance - partners feeling unheard, repeating the same exchanges, getting lost in the same dynamics.
