I am excited to work with clients who are ready to risk stepping outside their own comfort zone to more fully understand themselves. I believe change begins with empathy. When we are empathetic and emotionally attuned with ourselves and others, we are able to change how we engage with others in order to genuinely connect with those around us and create sustainable changes that lead us to a richer life. I am eager to help those confronting relationship struggles, be it family, romantic, peer, or work relationships. My goal is always to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for clients to feel seen.
