I have a passion for working with adolescents, children, and young adults with various stressors in their lives. I have a school background so I can help navigate those systems. I enjoy working with clients who wants to work on their mindfulness techniques as it relates to anxiety and depression. I also have background and experience in working with students who are on the Autism Spectrum.
