Hi, I’m a NJ-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting first-gen adults navigating big goals, cultural expectations, and the pressure to succeed. As a proud first-gen Latina, I know how heavy it can feel to carry so much. Our layers and experiences matter. My work centers on trauma, childhood emotional wounds, and complex family dynamics.
