My name is Katherine, but you can call me Kate. Welcome to The Center of Resiliency — I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re feeling unsure about starting therapy, I completely understand. Maybe you’re feeling weighed down by school stress, stuck in anxious or obsessive thoughts, exhausted from trying to meet others’ expectations, or simply feeling like life has become too much to carry alone. It can be daunting to share your life with someone new, but by being here, you’ve already taken a brave step for yourself.
