I have a warm and compassionate style and my goal is for my clients to feel heard, known, understood, better equipped, and empowered through our work in the therapy space. I grew up on the East Coast and have spent the better part of the last decade on the West Coast, though have moved around and experienced life in many different cities, towns, and even countries. I have a passion for time spent in the outdoors and believe strongly that everyone has a place in nature. I have an eclectic approach that draws from various theoretical orientations. My primary approach to therapy generally is client-centered and non-directive, and I encourage my clients to be active participants in the therapeutic process. I strive to maintain curiosity and provide a safe and non-judgmental container where clients can come to process their emotions and experiences.
