My clients are usually hard workers, and are very self critical. They expect so much out of themselves, and don't feel like they are ever enough. People pleasers that are frustrated they can't please everyone, are often tired and frustrated with where life is going compared to where they wish it was. They often have relationships that could be better, whether starting, maintaining, or ending. They are tired of struggling, they are ready to make a change, to be part of the solution. They want to have better control of their anxiety, emotions, anger, and also learn to be in the moment. I can help you get to where you want to be.
