As your therapist, I will meet you where you are, use a combination of approaches unique to your needs, and work with you to build tools you can use to meet your goals. Feelings can be messy, but they don’t have to control your life. I will help you find your inner strength, so you can be on the path of life you truly want to live. I work with adolescents and adults facing crisis, surviving and processing trauma and abuse, and seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other life challenges and transitions. Additionally, my group therapy experience includes parent skills training, Love & Logic, as well as anxiety and depression support.
