You're not here to be "fixed." You're here to be heard. I’m a therapist who takes an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to help with challenges like anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma and relationship dynamics. I don’t give advice because I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to listen closely, ask the right questions, and help you uncover the "why", "how", and "what" behind your choices with you. In our first session, I’ll introduce my therapy style, review consent and confidentiality, and get to know you through a biopsychosocial assessment. This helps me understand your background, experiences, and current needs so we can tailor our work together. The session is a collaborative, pressure-free space where you can share at your own pace.
