Hi there, I'm Katherine! I'm excited you're here! Therapy can be both a challenging and rewarding journey, and I would be honored to help you navigate it. I enjoy supporting my clients in working through a variety of issues such as trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, attachment, and interpersonal difficulties, among others. Together, we'll create a road map of what you want to address in therapy. From there, I will provide a person-centered approach and safe space with the intention of supporting you in the most rewarding work you can do: healing and caring for yourself.
