I’m Dr. Katherine (Katie) Crawford, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions—especially those who feel stuck in old patterns or disconnected from themselves. Through a grounded, evidence-based approach that integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment-focused work, I help clients better understand their emotions, build inner stability, and reconnect with what matters most.
