Hi, I am Katherine Cuellar-Lei. I am a Spanish-speaking bilingual LMFT and have been in practice for over 10 years. I truly believe everyone has strengths and I like to amplify them in our work together. I believe in challenging the patterns that keep us stuck respectfully and inquisitively. I mainly operate from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approach and am EMDR trained. I am currently also pursuing my certification as a play therapist with kids. I am integrative however and love to incorporate modalities from other theories as I see appropriate.
