I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that healing happens through connection and understanding. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens to help individuals, couples, and families build safety, strengthen relationships, and rediscover hope. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that every person holds the innate capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. I value getting to know you and your unique struggles in order to help you progress. I’m known for my ability to create a calm, supportive environment where clients feel truly seen and understood. I accept my clients for who they are regardless of their context and difficulties. I believe that my clients are experts on their own lives and I am an expert in my field. With those beliefs, treatment must be collaborative.
