My ideal client is a woman navigating challenges with depression, anxiety, or low self-worth and is ready to seek meaningful change. She may be struggling with unresolved trauma, persistent negative self-talk, or a sense of disconnection from her true self. Drawing on my trauma-informed background and over a decade of experience, I use a blend of different therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. I tend to use a lot of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based strategies. I believe in reflecting on the past in an effort to help make sense of the client's current situation. View 5 Photos I provide a warm, non-judging, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, heal emotional wounds, and build the tools needed to create a more fulfilling and peaceful life. I go at the pace you need, and gently challenge you when appropriate. I also use humor throughout to lighten some of our heavier discussions.
