I'm a licensed therapist (LCSW) providing remote mental health services for clients located in NC and SC. I have a bachelors in Human Services from Montreat College were I played soccer, and a Masters in Social Work from East Carolina University with a concentration is substance use. In my time in the field I have worked with wide variety of clientele. I started in the field with a focus on trauma and substance use, in particular with victims of human trafficking (domestic minors and adult immigrants) and also worked in wilderness camps with teens involved in the juvenile justice system. My primary goal in the initial session is to gain an overall understanding of your presenting problem and to explore together if I will be able to assist you on your journey. The primary indicator for success in therapy is the level of rapport between you the client and your therapist.
