My approach to my clients is empathetic and strengths based. I will utilize my expertise in practice to allow you to process your concerns and empower you develop an effective plan to address your concerns and define and achieve your treatment goals. I enjoy working with relationship concerns, academic stress and performance , as well as with student athletes. I additionally have several years of direct clinical experience and expertise in acute health care settings supporting individuals and their families with acute and chronic medical concerns. A former college runner and athlete myself, I enjoy working with athletes to achieve balance and peak performance. I am also familiar with supporting individuals and their families diagnosed with chronic cardiac, vascular, orthopedic, and autoimmune related concerns.
