Life has many challenges, and my goal as a counselor is to help people navigate through their obstacles. I love to hear people’s stories and help process their journey to start healing. I place an emphasis on mindfulness in therapy, as our thoughts have a huge impact on our feelings and behaviors. I want you to feel comfortable in allowing me to help you overcome any challenges or obstacles in your life. I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling from John Brown University. I also have a master’s degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field.
