Therapy is a form of treatment that helps individuals work through emotional or psychological issues, interpersonal conflicts, or behavioral problems. My clinical focus in therapy is to support, educate, and empower my clients to achieve a balance of peace, health, and productivity in their lives. This is achieved through a client-centered, holistic approach utilizing scientifically validated techniques to alter negative behaviors, gain insight, and build healthy coping skills. My experience includes working in college counseling, community mental health, and group practice.
