Therapy with me is a place to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your aliveness. Many of the struggles people bring to therapy—anxiety, depression, numbness, grief, or boundary issues—are not signs that something is wrong. They are meaningful adaptations that once helped you survive, but now keep you stuck in patterns that suppress your vitality and capacity to feel connected to yourself and others. At its core, my work is about helping you reconnect with what is true, alive, and innate within you—so you can move through the world with greater presence, authenticity, and inner freedom.
