Welcome! My name is Gracie (legal name Katherine). I am located in the Lakeview area of Chicago. I work with adults in their 20s through 60s who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. I offer a warm, compassionate, and grounding presence, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach is collaborative and holistic. I partner with each client to understand their unique story and help them deepen their relationship with themselves, reconnect with personal strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling and aligned life.
