I’m here to root for you, but I’ll also give it to you straight—because growth happens when we’re both kind and real with ourselves. I specialize in working with adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, or dating/relationship issues. I also enjoy working with couples who are struggling to communicate effectively. These are all areas I’ve worked through in my own life, so I bring not just clinical tools, but a deeper understanding of these experiences.
