My philosophy is one of a holistic nature, with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, helping those struggling with difficult times in their life to identify and reduce barriers to happiness and reach your goals. I will tailor and pace treatment to your individual and unique needs. Throughout the healing journey, I will make sure to guide the process at a pace that feels comfortable and safe to you. My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, attentive and compassionate. I am also direct and structured and if desired can assign therapeutic homework or tasks to enhance the progression of the helping process in-between sessions.
