Seeking help can sometimes seem like a scary or daunting task, but taking that first step to help you reach for healing takes strength and courage. As a therapist, it is my goal to support and encourage you as you go through your healing process. My focus is on helping you cultivate your inner courage and strength as you work towards your goals. I feel that clients can have the best opportunity for long term healing when they are allowed to make the choices for their future. I am experienced in working with adolescents and adults with issues surrounding stress, life transitions, trauma, depression and anxiety.
