Katherine Iadanza is a New York State Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from St. Joseph’s University. She brings experience working with adults, adolescents, and families in both school-based and clinical settings, where she has supported clients through a variety of emotional and relational challenges. Kat takes a solution-focused and strengths-based approach to therapy. She works collaboratively with individuals to help them envision and work toward their desired futures, drawing on their existing strengths, skills, and resilience. She incorporates mindfulness strategies and positive psychology to help clients build self-awareness, reduce stress, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
