My work is rooted in a psychodynamic, client-centered framework that emphasizes careful assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions to support lasting growth and healing. I bring training in CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality), CFT (Core Focused Treatment), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills, along with experience supporting individuals navigating ADHD, PTSD, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression.
