Welcome! Finding the right therapist can be an intimidating process. I'm here to ensure you feel comfortable, seen, and heard. I work with adults, teens, and children. Before making the switch to mental health, I was a pediatric nurse and have worked with young people in some capacity for close to 20 years. I am incredibly passionate about helping this age group navigate the complexities of childhood and adolescence, supporting them in building a solid foundation for mental and emotional health.
