I find myself most aligned with my calling when I am able to create spaces of healing alongside individuals from all walks of life. I assist in defining who clients aspire to be rather than what is expected of them. Together we will explore ways to increase self esteem, self respect, and self worth. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the individual needs of each client. I provide a structure to guide individuals to access self love. Through this process we will work to unpack each client's unique narrative; In order to then reauthor their understanding of who they are.
