About
As a Therapist, my role is to help my clients untangle past pain from present circumstances, and develop a course of treatment that promotes growth, health, and healing. This includes finding relief from shame, trauma loops, and the pressure to conform to societal expectations. Ultimately, my greatest goal for those I work with is to live in alignment with their true selves and to believe they are worthy of love, growth, success, and peace.
