My clinical areas of specialty include family trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidality, couples and supporting LGBTQIA+ people. Perinatal mental health is one of my core areas of clinical interest and I have completed my Maternal Mental Health certificate on the path toward my Perinatal Mental Health Certification. I am a Gottman Level One certified therapist, which I utilize to support couples in navigating communication, conflict, connection and adjustments like parenthood. I draw from frameworks of radical feminism and liberation psychology in my practice to acknowledge and explore systems of oppression.
