I aim to create a safe space where your full self is welcomed and seen. We’ll engage actively in discovering new ways of thinking, feeling, and being in the world. I approach therapy with a warm, direct way of communicating. I’ve supported adults, adolescents, couples, hospice, first-responders, LGBTQA+, and veterans. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, identity, grief, major life transition or trauma, you won’t walk alone. I’ll accompany you, challenge where helpful, celebrate your strengths, and support you as you move toward change. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need curiosity to take the next step.
