My name is Katherine May and I look forward to helping you create a life that is peaceful, fruitful, and full of beauty. I believe in helping people build on their strengths, gain insight, and develop effective coping skills. It can be difficult to open up and begin working on personal issues, and I like to tailor our therapy to the individual or family. I always welcome feedback about what is or is not helping. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, work or school stress, adjustment issues, and life transition issues. I love Athens and my work with both residents and UGA students and staff!
