As a journalist-turned-social worker, I’ve spent my professional life helping people make sense of their stories. Many are rooted in childhood, but we shape and are shaped by them throughout our lives. Understanding these narratives —how they serve or hurt us— can transform how we relate to ourselves and the world. I practice from a relational psychoanalytic perspective with a strong focus on trauma. I'm warm, direct, and authentic. I can ask thoughtful questions to help you get started, but I also believe in giving you space to find your own words. Therapy with me is a collaboration that can lead to self-discovery and change.
