Throughout our lives we have different challenges that muddle our understanding of our selves. We are often left looking for clarity on our needs and how to move forward in a way that feels true to us. I enjoy helping adults who are adjusting to changes in their identity. This may be brought on by life transitions such as a career change, infertility, contemplating being a parent, loss of a partner or family member, surprise DNA discoveries or other ways that can cause self questioning.
