The main goal of my practice is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients so that they feel safe in expressing and processing their emotions. I work to create an empathetic, non-judgmental environment so that clients benefit from working through past and current life events and stressors that may be affecting their emotional wellbeing. It is my intent that clients will walk away from therapy with more self understanding and with the skills needed to improve their personal wellbeing and relationships.
