My ideal client is someone who knows they want life to feel different but isn’t sure where to start. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or patterns that keep repeating—like impulsive choices or difficulty setting boundaries. What they really want is a safe, supportive space to talk openly, gain clarity, and learn healthier ways to cope. I understand that making the decision to seek therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying so much. That’s why I focus on creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged.
