For those of us that expect ourselves to try to do it all combined with society's expectation that it look easy - there is no harder task. I provide my clients with a variety of approaches, systems and resources to be able to not just "seem" to be doing fine, but to actually feel like they are doing well! I specialize in treatment of child/adolescents and adults with eating disorder, anxiety struggles and life transitions. I am also a skilled family therapist that can offer support to entire family units.
