With deep compassion and empathy, I am committed to providing the highest quality of care through education and evidence-based practices. With 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I have worked across diverse settings, including acute inpatient hospitals, substance abuse programs, outpatient clinics, and private practice. My expertise spans understanding trauma recovery, PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and grief. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). In my practice, I integrate my intensive training in cognitive behavioral therapies, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Rational Living Therapy, to support clients’ healing and growth. My goal in treatment is to help clients not only overcome challenges but to truly thrive, finding peace and building a joyful life worth living.
