I like to say that I bring a unique perspective to the therapy space as a first-generation bilingual Latinx therapist. My main areas of interest lie in exploring issues related to attachment, race, ethnicity, and culture, and how these factors can contribute to anxiety or depression. I recognize that these aspects of a person’s identity can have a significant impact on their mental health and overall well-being which benefit from being effectively addressed. By addressing these issues, I aim to help you gain insight into the ways in which your cultural background and experiences may shape your emotional struggles.
