Hi there, I'm Katherine! I think you deserve to love yourself - in your feelings, and with your actions. It's okay to have compassion for yourself. I'm a cringe 40 year old AuDHD-er who isn't afraid to be radically soft. We're here to get strong by getting un-tough. I'm frank, informal, and not afraid to say, "Hey, let's pause for a minute. Can we talk about what you just said?" I've spent enough useless therapy sessions in my life, fire-hosing 53 minutes of speech without processing to value interrupting to dig deeper over being conventionally polite. I am not beyond rudely butting in to ask you to be nicer to yourself, either.
