Katie Rella is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. Katie provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for everyone that walks through her door. It is her goal for each individual to feel accepted heard. Katie tries to tell her clients that she is in this journey with them as their co-pilot. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, substance use, and mood disorders. Katie also has experience utilizing both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy modalities in sessions.
