I provide somatic therapy to adults who grew up in dysfunctional families—people who had parents who were emotionally volatile, emotionally immature, struggled with substance abuse issues, or were mentally checked out. If you grew up in this kind of family, you may now struggle with chronic anxiety, people-pleasing, difficulty feeling safe in relationships, and difficulty knowing who you are apart from your career.
