All throughout life we experience new events, changes, and challenges. Sometimes those experiences leave us feeling overwhelmed or at a loss. My goal is to provide a caring, supportive environment to help you create a path towards change. Topics can include symptoms of depression, anxiety, binge eating disorders, anger management, relationship conflicts, and trauma.
