You will learn tools to approach lasting issues with a new perspective. I carry an intuitive, grounded and non judgmental style, while leaving room for humor and candidness. I use an integrative approach including psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness, to support clients through periods of growth towards emotional connection in order to reach their full potential.
