Hello and welcome! My name is Katie and I have a passion for helping others meet their personal goals. I am a licensed clinical social worker who loves to get real with my clients and keep things on a pace that meets clients where they are while using a strength based approach. I specialize in working through grief, depression, trauma, and anxiety. I have experience working in direct therapy and community outreach environments. If you are having a hard time, we don't shy away from the tough stuff, but we can work together to help process difficult emotions.
